eflatbed.com was searching for a solution that would automate and streamline the flow of data for its North American sales team. eflatbed.com selected eJiva to implement and deploy the contact management software package because of eJivas depth of Siebel experience.

The Siebel 2000 implementation will be rolled-out during the first week of April, said Larry Lauvray, Director of the Siebel practice at eJiva. This project is the starting point of a multi-phased CRM vision.

This project is the first step in creating an extended sales enterprise that supports the development of personalized web-interactions for our shipper and carrier customers.
